New York-based Janson Media has inked an agreement with Crawford’s Corner, LLC in Indiana which will bring the new children’s animation series Crawford the Cat to Amazon Prime Video, as well as bring its healthy living messages to a range of educational platforms such as Discovery Education and Safari Montage.
Season 1 of Crawford the Cat comprises 13 five-minute episodes for kids 3-7 which feature entertaining lessons on personal grooming, manners, exercise and nutrition. Additional half-hour episodes and hour-long specials are in production.
The series’ cast of warm and friendly characters as well as its themes of cooperation, learning, imagination and self-discovery have helped it garner a strong following among preschool and kindergarten teachers across the United States. The video programs and website have totted up more than 10 million unique views.
The deal was brokered by Alita Friedman, CEO of Alita’s Brand Bar, who is responsible for the further development and global L&M program for the brand.
