Cyber Group Studios and Bee Prod have partnered in a strategic alliance to develop new IPs. Under the agreement, Bee Prod founder Pierre Belaïsch will supervise Cyber Group Studios’ creative department in France and will work with the development team at Cyber Group Studios USA to create new properties with global appeal.
Additionally, the companies will join forces on Bee Prod’s current productions — including Roboats (52 x 11’), a CGI series in development with France Televisions, as well as other innovative series soon to be announced.
“I am thrilled to [partner] with Pierre Belaïsch and join our talents on development of new international IPs, as we have worked together already for over 10 years in the past in developing award-winning properties,” said Pierre Sissmann, CEO of Cyber Group Studios. “With this innovative partnership in France and [with] Ira Singerman in the US, Cyber Group Studios is clearly well positioned to address the creative future of the animation industry.”
Cyber Group’s development unites in France and in the USA have a current combines slate of more than 15 new IPs, ranging from preschool to kids & family projects and targeting a variety of potential consumers worldwide. The company’s Studio division, headed by Olivier Lelardoux, is committed to working with the development teams and Bee Prod to bring groundbreaking stories and images to market.
“This is an exciting moment for Bee Prod and myself personally, and I look forward to work with Pierre and his team to create new IPs and great series, but also to tap [into] Cyber’s own resources to further the existing development of Bee Prod in a joint collaborative effort,” added Belaïsch.
