The Cartoons on the Bay 2021 children’s television & transmedia festival (runningDecember 3-8 live in L’Aquila, Italy and digitally) has announced the Pulcinella Award winners of its 25th edition. The festival is promoted by Italian broadcaster Rai and organized by Rai Com, with Roberto Genovesi as artistic director.
