Sine Lege Film has announced that Season 3 of Rookie Robot Explores the World has been greenlit. The new season of 26 episodes will expand the non-dialog series to a total of 78 episodes (3 minutes each), and will be delivered in Q2 2026.
All three seasons have recently been licensed to Disney+ across European markets and there have been a raft of other sales for Seasons 1 & 2 which include Baby First TV (U.S.A. & LatAm), Momli (Poland), Toon Goggles (North America), Kartoon! Channel (North America) and Yoboho (worldwide YouTube). Knowledge Network Canada has also licensed Season 2 after acquiring Season 1 when the series was launched in 2022.

Rookie Robot is a preschool series that takes two- to five-year olds on a fun journey of first encounters and discoveries. The little robot named Rookie is curious, open and friendly and in each episode, he explores his world, meets new friends, discovers new things and has an adventure. The stories entertain with humor, a joie de vivre, and a cheeky twist. Rookie‘s encounters focus on friendliness, openness and empathy, but also perseverance, respect and patience — and with each episode Rookie gets to know his world a little better. The retro-inspired illustration animation is based on children’s drawings.
