On the heels of the big official trailer debut (which you can watch here along with our exclusive interview with director Josh Cooley), Paramount Pictures has dropped new character posters for Transformers One. In addition to a power pose group shot, the images spotlight the main characters voiced by an all-star cast:
- Optimus Pax (voice of BAFTA nominee Chris Hemsworth)
- D-16 (Oscar nominee Brian Tyree Henry)
- Elita-1 (two-time Oscar nominee Scarlett Johansson)
- B-127 (Primetime Emmy winner Keegan-Michael Key)
Synopsis: Transformers One is the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, better known as sworn enemies, but once were friends bonded like brothers who changed the fate of Cybertron forever. It is the first-ever fully CG-animated Transformers movie.
Based on the Transformers action figures by Hasbro, the new movie is directed by Oscar winner Josh Cooley (Toy Story 4). The voice cast also features Steve Buscemi, Laurence Fishburne and Jon Hamm.
