The criminal critters of DreamWorks Animation’s Aaron Blabey adaptation The Bad Guys are back on the streets in a new Netflix special, The Bad Guys: A Very Bad Holiday. The streamer debuted today new images and the official trailer, which finds Wolf and his gang plotting to save Christmas … so they can get back to stealing.
The Bad Guys: A Very Bad Holiday is a 22-minute animated special premiering on Netflix on November 30.
Synopsis: In this new adventure set before the events of the feature, there’s nothing the Bad Guys love more than Christmas morning — because while everyone is home opening presents, it’s the perfect time to execute their city-wide holiday heist. But when Christmas is unexpectedly canceled, the Bad Guys must do the unthinkable: reignite the city’s holiday spirit by giving instead of taking.
The special is directed by Emmy winner Bret Haaland (The Penguins of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, All Hail King Julien), who also serves as executive producer with Katherine Nolfi.
The voice cast features Michael Godere as Wolf, Ezekiel Ajeigbe as Shark, Raul Ceballos as Piranha, Chris Diamantopoulos as Snake, Mallory Low as Tarantula, Zehra Fazal as Tiffany Fluffit, Keith Silverstein as Gary the Shaved Ice Vendor and Kari Wahlgren as DJ Trudy Tude.
