Zhejiang Zhongnan Animation Co. Ltd. (Zoland Animation) has partnered with France’s M.E.I. Group to launch ZOKAST KIDS.TV, a new SVOD platform catering to children of all ages. Announced at MIPCOM, the service is starting its beta trial shortly, with an official launch planned for the end of the year.

ZOKAST KIDS.TV will offer up to 1,000 hours of programs suitable for all children’s age groups in a safe environment. In addition to the variety of titles and quality animated series, the platform aims to engage young viewers with interactivity, games and engaging content. M.E.I. Group has been tapped as a digital leader, and the SVOD will tap its FlameFy and OKAST solutions for smart video streaming utilizing big data analysis to create a modern, rich and friendly experience for kids.

The platform will launch first in Southeast Asia in English and Chinese, followed by a rollout in North America and worldwide in additional languages, including French, German, Italian, Neutral Spanish and Dutch. ZOKAST will be available for multiple devices.
