Categories announced for the biennial honors, open to animation produced in the UK in 2016 and/or 2017, are: Animation in a Commercial, Film or TV Graphics/Motion Design, Long Form Animation, Voice Performance, Use of Sound, Children’s Preschool Series, Children’s Series, Music Video, Short Film, Commissioned Animation, Writer’s Award, Craft Award, Original Short Form Content, Student Short, and the new Expanded Animation Award covering VR, AR and 360-degree animation. There are also audience and children’s choice prizes up for grabs. Deadline: Nov. 30, 2017.
