Animation Dominates MIPJunior Top 30

The list of the top 30 most-viewed projects at the MIPJunior market this year was completely dominated by animated series — 29 out of 30! — with an unprecedented showing from France’s Cyber Group Studios, which accounted for four of the top programs: Gilbert & Allie (#5), Gigantosaurus (#11), The Pirates Next Door (#17) and Taking Down Taffy (#27).

The most requested series was Grizzy and the Lemmings (Hari International, France), followed by Bottersnikes & Gumbles (CAKE, UK), Pat the Dog (Superights, France), Kitty Is Cot a Cat (Jetpack Distribution/Bogan Entertainment Solutions; UK/Australia), and Gilbert & Allie (CGS, France) rounding out the top five.
