Animation Goes MSU Presenting 13 Plein-Air Films

Animafest Zagreb and the Croatian capital’s Museum of Contemporary Art (Muzej suvremene umjetnosti) are once again teaming up to present Animation Goes MSU as a central program of the annual animation festival. For the fifth time, MSU’s media facade will serve as a screen on the international arts scene for the public, presenting site-specific animations between May 24 and June 11.

This year’s selection of 13 works was curated by Animafest artistic director Daniel Šuljić and MSU senior curator Vesna Meštrić. Much of the creatively diverse program consists of premieres, with pieces created by animators from Germany, China, Estonia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and the United States.
