Three-time Oscar nominated director Sylvain Chomet (The Triplets of Belleville, The Illusionist, The Old Lady and the Pigeons), through London-based production house th1ng, has crafted a custom animated music video for singer-songwriter Stromae’s song “Carmen.” The BAFTA and Cesar-award winning director created an animated world that delivers a powerful message about social media. The song, set to the tune of the opera Carmen’s “Habanera,” and video relate the absurd behaviors of the lovelorn with those addicted to Twitter.
