Calling All Animators! Send Us Your Shorts!

The legendary World Animation Celebration is back with an online festival and competition for animated shorts! Submit your cartoon masterpiece (Under 10 minutes) for exposure on Animation Magazine’s website and a chance to win fabulous prizes from our sponsors! Viewers’ Choice winners will be selected each quarter, and quarterly winners will go on to compete in the year-end grand prize finals. There is no submission fee.

The world-renown festival is back and entirely online, giving everyone with an internet connection an all-access pass! To have your animated short film seen by and voted on by viewers around the world, complete the electronic submission form below and click "Submit." We will then forward you instructions on how to upload your film to our secure FTP site. You may also print the submission form and mail it, along with a disk containing your short, to:

Guidelines:

• All films must be encoded as Quicktime Movies ONLY.
• All animation styles and genres will be considered, granted entries are under 10 minutes in length.
• Foreign-language films must be in English or have English subtitles.
• Films can only be submitted by the rights holder(s).

Animation Magazine retains the non-exclusive right to display all entries and related artwork online for a period of one year. Filmmakers can pull their films from competition at any time. Filmmakers will not be paid, unless chosen for inclusion in a possible DVD release, podcast or other distribution method. Terms of such an agreement will be worked out at a later date.
