Synopsis: Following in the footsteps of the animated short Anijam (1984), The Exquisite Bunny is also based on the exquisite corpse drawing exercise, where one artist draws the head of a body, another draws the torso and so on, until the body is completed. The artists do not see each other's work until the piece is completed.

When this concept is applied to animation, each animator receives only the last frame of the previous animation. Their last frame is given to the next animator and so on.

The only rule set for this film was that each segment was to contain a little blue bunny character. It was up to the animators to decide what the bunny did in their individual segments.
