Turbo Squid Releases Kaydara’s HumanIK Plug-in for 3ds max

Online digital marketplace Turbo Squid (www.turbosquid.com) is offering Kaydara’s HumanIK, a Discreet-certified 3ds max plug-in for character animation. The is now available for purchase through Turbo Squid’s worldwide reseller channel.

Among the many benefits of HumanIK is that users will now be able to integrate Kaydara’s method of handling motion capture files seamlessly with 3ds max.

Built on MOTIONBUILDER technology, Kaydara’s HumanIK promises to give 3ds max users greater control over complex character animation. Feature highlights in include automatic character rigging, a human bone structure creator known as BodyGenerator, and a user-friendly interface. Plus, full access to MAXScript means tools can be easily customized.

HumanIK also includes support for all major motion capture formats (.bvh, .htr, .asf, .fbx). Consequently, users have direct access to all of these file formats directly within the 3ds max environment.
