SIGGRAPH: Autodesk Presents Entertainment Creation Suites Premium

Software maker Autodesk has announced at SIGGRAPH its new Entertainment Creation Suites Premium, offering a full and flexible set of advanced 3D tools at significant savings.

The suites offer tools for 3D modeling, digital sculpting, texture painting, animation, effects, rendering and compositing, as well as integration across applications.

The suite includes a choice of either Maya or 3ds Max software; Softimage, featuring the Interactive Creative Environment and Face Robot technology; Mudbox 3D; MotionBuilder; Turtle; and Lagoa Multiphysics, a new multi-physics simulation framework for Softimage ICE developed by Thiago Costa for creating effects such as plastics, liquids, gases, soft bodies, cloth, and foam.

The suite offers savings up to 40 percent and is expected to ship on or after Sept. 28. Premium Suites will be available through Autodesk Authorized Resellers. To locate a reseller, visit http://www.autodesk.com/reseller.
