Pixologic has released the latest version of its ZBrush line, the 4R5, which includes usability upgrades such as Dynamic Brush Size control, Mouse Wheel support and Quick/Auto Save functions. With the new release of the digital painting and sculpting program, users gain the ability to generate cleaner topology faster than before.

Users can also now combine the new Panel Loops with the power of QRemesher (released earlier this year in ZBrush 4R4) to create an endless array of complex and efficient parts. ZBrush 4R5 also includes powerful rendering enhancements such as a Posterization setting, which creates illustration effects similar to a Photoshop painting. ZBrush 4R5 is a free upgrade to existing registered users.

The company will introduce the ZBrush Certification Program in 2013. This program is designed to give users advanced training in the latest ZBrush release. The dedicated resource will offer one-to-one guidance from members of the Pixologic team. For more info visit www.pixologic.com/zbrush.
