The animated preschool series The Wumblers will move into its own time slots on Trinity Broadcasting and Smile of A Child Networks next month. Trinity will carry the show at 5:30 a.m. (PT) and 8:30 a.m. (ET) on Saturday mornings beginning Sept. 1. Smile of a Child will air it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7 a.m. (PT) and 10 a.m. starting on Sept. 10.
“Trinity Broadcasting Network has been extremely supportive of The Wumblers from the very beginning,’ says Laura Wellington, series creator and CEO of The Giddy Gander Company. We couldn’t ask for a better broadcast platform to enter into the inspirational marketplace.”
The Wumblers is a heart-warming and educational collection of tales featuring Bertrum, a young Wumbler, and his best friend, Raimundo, a Spanish-speaking snail. Appreciation of diversity is a major theme of the show as each Wumbler must eventually discover what his or her true color is. Animation for the series is produced by Cosgrove Hall Digital.
The Giddy Gander Co. is kicking off the official International broadcast of The Wumblers with a launch party to be held in New York City at the beginning of September. For more information on the property, go to www.wumblers.com.
