O’Grady, a new primetime toon about four self-involved teens who must cope with bizarre events, is slated to premiere in July on The N, Nickelodeon’s nighttime network for teens and tweens.

Created by Tom Snyder and Carl Adams, and produced by the Boston-based Soup2Nuts, O’Grady’s 13 half-hour episodes will begin airing on Friday, July 30 at 9 p.m and 11 p.m. Described as a cross between The Twilight Zone and Friends, the new toon features a theme song performed by–yikes–Kelly Osbourne!

The N currently reaches 40 million homes via cable, digital cable and satellite. The 12-hours-a-day schedule also includes new seasons of live-action shows Degrassi: The Next Generation and Girls vs. Boys, as well as reruns of My So-Called Life, Daria and Clueless.
