February 14, 2003 by Ryan Ball divider image

Fox’s animated anchor The Simpsons will air its historic 300th episode during a special 90-minute presentation on Sunday night beginning at 8:00 p.m. (7:00 central). The show is now in its 14th season and has recently been renewed for two more years.

To promote the occasion, Homer Simpson appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman last night. The puffy patriarch delivered “The Top 10 Reasons I, Homer Simpson, Am Excited To Be On This Show.” Highlights of the list were No. 5: “I finally get to be on a real network” and No. 3: “Marge always puts out on vacation.”
