DQ Entertainment has announced a co-production agreement with Moonscoop and Classic Media to make a second season of its CG-animated series Casper’s Scare School.

The series will have a global budget of about $9.8 million and is set to begin production later this month with delivery expected by fall 2011.

“After the successful first season of Casper, associating ourselves with our long standing partner DQ Entertainment on the second season of Casper’s Scare School is logical for us,” says Christophe Bourdil, CEO of Moonscoop. “We are extremely pleased with the partnership and hope to produce a great second season together featuring the friendly ghost to delight children the world over.”
