Reader’s Digest To Distribute Han Christian Anderson Tales

In an agreement with Egmont Imagination, Reader’s Digest will distribute The Fairytaler on VHS and DVD. The all-new 26×30 animated series combines traditional and modern animation techniques to bring the classic stories of Hans Christian Anderson to a new generation of young viewers.

The Fairytaler is a co-production between Magma Films, Egmont Imagination, A. Film, Danmarks Radio and Super RTL. Tales featured include The Ugly Duckling, The Emperor’s New Clothes, Thumbelina and The Little Mermaid.

Reader’s Digest will have exclusive, worldwide direct marketing distribution rights and retail home video rights in key international territories.
