New Caillou Debuts Sept. 11 on Treehouse

New episodes of Cookie Jar’s animated series Caillou are set to premiere on Canada’s Treehouse channel Sept. 11

New episodes of the series will debut in its regular timeslot at 2:30 p.m. and repeat Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.

‘In the new season we’ve made a conscious effort to have Caillou model healthy habits that young viewers can mirror,’ says Toper Taylor, president and COO of Cookie Jar Entertainment. ‘We know that kids relate to him because he’s just like they are, so we wanted to use the power of this show to teach preschool children about ways they can live healthy lives.’

Caillou features the world as seen through the eyes of a 4-year-old. It originated with a French-Canadian book series from Chouette Publishing.
