Spain-based production company BRB International has signed an agreement for several of its cartoon series to be broadcast in Latin America.

Among the series set to air in various countries in the region are Suckers, Canimals, Angus & Cheryl and Papawa.

Here are the details:

  • Suckers (104 x 2 mins.) will soon be seen in Argentina on Canal 7 and in Mexico by way of Once TV Mexico. Currently the series is also being seen throughout Latin America on Cartoon Network.
  • In Mexico, Once TV channel has acquired Canimals (52 x 7 mins.), a comedy mixing cartoons and real-life images. The series also has been acquired by Disney Latin America for broadcast in several different countries.
  • In Costa Rica, Canal 9 has acquired Canimals, Suckers and Angus & Cheryl (104 x 2 mins.), a humorous take on contemporary boy-girl relationships.
  • In Chile, UCV Television has bought broadcast rights for Papawa (104 x 7 mins.), an original comedy set on a paradisiacal island with nightmarish inhabitants.

BRB cut the deals with the help of its agency, Aviatrix Entertainment.
