Those of you eagerly awaiting the launch of Cartoon Network’s Justice League Unlimited will have a shorter wait than previously thought. The show was originally slated to debut on Aug. 7, but the network has decided to push it up a week to Saturday, July 31, at 8:30 p.m., following a new episode of Teen Titans.
The third season of the popular Justice League series will see the addition of such caped crusaders as Supergirl, Green Arrow, the Atom, Booster Gold, Hawk, Dove, Elongated Man, The Question, Mister Miracle, Big Barda and Zatanna.
A preview of the new series first aired during the broadcast of the feature Justice League: Starcrossed, which ended the second season. Cartoon Network will run Starcrossed again on Saturday, July 24 at 7:30 p.m. Warner Home Video will release it on DVD and VHS on July 13.
On October 19, Warner Home video will also release Justice League: The Brave and the Bold, Superman: The Animated Series: A Little Piece of Home and Batman: The Animated Series: Secrets of the Caped Crusader. Each release will include a handful of episodes from the series.
