Jibber Jabber Talks to Canada

Jibber Jabber Toons Ltd. and Northwest Imaging & FX Ltd. (NWFX) have completed the first season of Jibber Jabber, a computer-animated television series for kids 6-12. Canadian broadcaster YTV has ordered 13 episodes, which consist of two 11-minute stories that take kids into the imaginations of mischievous seven-year-old fraternal twin brothers Jibber and Jabber. The YTV original production is set to air in Canada in 2008. Distributor BEJUBA! Ent. Inc. sold the series to Canal J in France, which started airing episodes in December.

Created, produced and directed by David Bowes, the show has Jibber and Jabber taking everyday chores, objects and events and turning them into wild adventures involving outer space, monster movie themes, pirates, superheroes, and martial arts exravaganzas. In contrast, older sister Jessica is firmly rooted in reality and is often left to babysit her pesky siblings, along with family dog Jelly Roll.

BEJUBA! is currently in discussions with interested international broadcasters. The company currently distributes such internationally recognized properties as The Amazing Adrenalini Brothers for partners Pesky and Studio B Prods., and The Likeaballs for Animated Adventures and Pictures, and Ricky Sprocket-Showbiz Boy for Snowden Fine and Studio B.
