Broadcasters from across the globe are picking up Cake’s series Oscar’s Oasis.

The kids and family specialist has announced sales of the series to Cartoon Network Latin America, PT CIPTA TPI (Indonesia), Societe Radio-Canada (Canada), 2×2 Channel (Russia), YLE (Finland), ATV (Turkey), S4C Wales (Wales), SVT (Sweden), QTV (Ukraine), MBC (Middle East) and SFDRS (Switzerland)

Oscar’s Oasis is a nonverbal series for ages 6-11 about a lizard named Oscar and his friends as they are lost in the desert and seek shade, water and something to do. It is made by French animation company TeamTO, Tuba Entertainment and Cake.

The series already has aired on Canal+ Family and soon on TF1.

Oscar’s Oasis is a fun and quirky series,” says Ed Galton, CCO and managing director of Cake. “These global sales are indicative of the demand for high quality animation around the world and we look forward to developing our relationship with all these broadcast partners.”
