Fox Kids U.K. will extend its programming to 24 hours a day starting Monday, Nov. 3. The company says the move is intended to further reach the young early risers and adult fans who enjoy the channel’s classic late night shows.
The around-the-clock schedule will kick off with blocks of popular Marvel shows including The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man, X-Men, and The Fantastic Four, as well as Power Rangers and ‘80s classics Ulysses 31 and Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors.
Coinciding with the 24-hour programming shift is a themed "Heroes" weekend on Fox Kids. DreamWorks will sponsor two hours of the Nov. 22-23 event with promos for the home video release of its latest animated adventure, Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. Viewers will be able to go to a Sinbad microsite and vote on what they want to see.
