Australian animation company SLR Productions’ new series Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare is coming to the United States on Disney Junior.

The network has picked up the 52 x 11 mins. series, which already has been confirmed for broadcast with Disney Channel Australia and New Zealand and has secured sales in Germany, Australia, Canada, Finland and Sweden.

Guess How Much I Love You is being-co produced with Scrawl Studios in Singapore and German broadcaster, KI.KA and ARD’s HR (Hessischer Rundfunk). CCI Entertainment holds the worldwide distribution and licensing rights in Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa for the series.

“Disney Junior is the perfect home for Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare and we are delighted to have the collaboration and support of the Disney team on this much cherished property,” says executive producer Suzanne Ryan. “The books are well known and loved amongst American families so we look forward to the animated series being a hit with Disney Junior’s audience and in turn the story of love to continue to be told for generations to come. We anticipate Guess How Much I Love You becoming the catch phrase of this decade.”

The picture book, written by Sam McBratney, illustrated by Anita Jeram and published by Walker Books, has become an international publishing phenomenon, selling more than 22 million copies worldwide.
