We get lots of requests from parents in Canada about how their kids can get on Skatoony, the Teletoon quiz show featuring animated contestants.

Well, here’s your answer: Teletoon is currently hosting a contest that is open now and runs through March 20. It’s open to kids ages 10-12 and gives entrants a chance to get a spot on the English-language version of the show.

To enter, head on over to Teletoon.com for details. The contest winner will receive a trip to Toronto for the filming and $1,000 cash.

Teletoon also is running the contest for the French-language version of the series from Feb. 28 to March 31. Full contest rules and regulations for the English and French-language contests are available online at teletoon.com.

Skatoony airs every Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET/PT on Teletoon. The show is produced by marblemedia for Teletoon and is based on the Cartoon Network U.K. format.
