Cartoon Network Offers Treats for Halloween

Cartoon Network will be offering a slew of tasty toon treats to boils and ghouls this Halloween (Monday, October 31, if you haven’t been paying attention)! Its Monday night comedy block will be rife with encore presentations of favorite spooky episodes and specials of top shows Adventure Time, Regular Show, MAD and more! The monster mash begins at 6 p.m. and will include:

MAD Halloween two-parter “Kitchen Nightmare Before Christmas / How I Met Your Mummy” (6 p.m.) which spoofs popular horror franchises with help from guest stars Seth Green (Robot Chicken) and Matthew Lillard (Scooby-Doo). Following willl be the Johnny Test special which includes the “Fangs a Lot Johnny,” “Johnny Trick or Treat” and “Nightmare on Johnny Street” tales (6:30); The Amazing World of Gumball special “The Poltergeist / The Ghost” (7:30); a spooky episode of Adventure Time called “The Creeps” set at a whodunit masquerade dinner (8 p.m.); and a half-hour Regular Show special, “Terror Tales of the Park” with three chilling adventures: “Creepy Doll,” “Death Metal Crash Pit” and “In the House” (8:15).
