Cartoon Network’s animated LEGO ninjas will be back for a second season, set to kick off July 18 at 8 p.m. The first season of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu broke records for the network, nabbing #1 ratings for Wednesday night as well as key kids and boys’ demographics.

In the new season, the ninjas continue to train newly discovered Green Ninja Lloyd to unleash his true potential, while the evil Lord Garmedon continues to pursue them. With the help of Sensei Wu and Nya the Samurai, the ninjas continue their quest to stop Garmedon and secure peace in Ninjago.

To help celebrate the season two premiere, CartoonNetwork.com will launch an exclusive “Spinjitzu Snakedown” game on July 2. Players must choose Cole, Jay, Kai or Zane to battle the Hypnobrai snake monsters in this action packed game, with special strike moves and the ability to build up power for a special Spinjitzu attack.
