Cartoon Network continues to conquer new territories, large and small. The worldwide company is now the highest rated cable network in Chile during prime time among kids 4-11, according to Time IBOPE Chile ratings for the second quarter of 2003. Cartoon Network is the No. 1 rated cable network among kids 4-11 on cable TV during primetime, outperforming all other competitors. Additionally, Cartoon Network’s primetime ratings rose by 38%, while its total day ratings rose by 20% in comparison to the second quarter of 2002.
