Multi-hyphenate it-girl Carmen Electra and actor Tom Arnold have joined the list of celebrities to appear in the upcoming game Playboy: The Mansion for PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC. Co-publishers Groove Games and ARUSH Ent. have also launched an official game site at www.PlayHef.com.
In Playboy: The Mansion, players will have the opportunity to host huge parties as only Hef can. Each celebrity guest comes equipped with his or her own characteristic data, unique to the real life personality being emulated. In addition to their physical likeness, every celebrity possesses a set of moods and drives that steer motivations and reactions in specific social situations. Interacting with these personalities in just the right way will help build meaningful friendships, strike profitable business deals or even stimulate a sizzling romance.
The release of Playboy: The Mansion marks Playboy’s entry into the video game industry. The title will be aggressively marketed in Playboy magazine and on Playboy.com, as well as other advertising venues.
Developed by Cyberlore Studios, Playboy: The Mansion will be distributed in North America by Hip Interactive and will be available for purchase during the 2004 Holiday season.
