Bardel’s Silverwing to Unfold at MIPTV

Bardel Ent.’s new animated action series, Silverwing, will take flight this spring at the MIPTV market. The show, based a trilogy of award-winning children’s books by author Kenneth Oppel, will be available for broadcast this fall.

Silverwing follows the adventures of a teenage bat whose bravado leads him on an epic odyssey. The first thirteen episodes will begin to air on Teletoon this fall. A subsequent 13 episodes are now in development.

Bardel and NDi Media have started production on the Silverwing ‘Hero’s Quest’ website, a 13-level online quest where a new game level is unveiled to coincide with the airing of each Silverwing episode.
