The U.S. version of Aardman’s acclaimed Creature Comforts series is finally set to make its debut on CBS Monday, June 4 at 8 p.m. Based on Nick Park’s 1989 Oscar-winning short, the half-hour show takes real person interviews and juxtaposes them with stop-motion animated animals. The Americanized series is exec produced by Kit Boss, Ellen Goldsmith-Vein (The Gotham Group) and Aardman’s Nick Park, David Sproxton, Miles Peter Lord and Miles Bullough. U.K. director of the show Richard Goleszowski is also the supervising director of the CBS version.
