Catherine Xu is currently the Deputy Managing Director of Global Digital Creations (GDC) Holdings Limited, a leading digital entertainment content creation and distribution company in China with over 500 employees worldwide. She is responsible for the business operation of the company ranging from sales, marketing to corporate development. Prior to GDC, Catherine had held senior management positions at AOL, Netscape, and other Internet companies. She is an avid MMORPG player and achieved the status of Jedi in Sony’s Star War Galaxies on-line game. She is on the board of several organizations in the area of facilitating educational, business and cultural exchanges between US and China.

Selective, completed, service-for-hire and co-production projects:
GDC has created, co-produced, and serviced three full-season TV series, three partial-season TV series, 10 DVDs, and two and half theatrical feature films, all in CG animation.

“Dive Olly Dive!” -- 52x12’ HD CG animated TV series, plus a 85min theatrical feature film, co-productions with MYP LLP, broadcasted in the US, France, Germany, Australia and China.

For the famous Bratz brand, we provided production service to complete eight (8) Direct-to-home DVDs, partial first season and the full second season TV series.
