No, I dont think there are too many 80\'s action cartoon series being repurposed; I feel there are too many being repurposed POORLY with half-assed efforts just for no other reason than 80s toon series are \"trendy\". (Thank you very much youn teens who didnt even live back then).
Point is, I have NO issue with any series being re-done if done well. I give Transformers a 7 out of 10. Because as a purist there was just some things not done well enough. My fear is that Thundercats may be badly done. Thus giving it a bad name.
