To Whom it May Concern;
I'm writing on behalf of Super U (www.superu.ca), the online venue to watch the latest short films. We recently partnered up with Quebec animation sensation, TAC.tv and will be holding quarterly animation contests over the next year with them.
Our first two contests produced some extraordinary results and culminated with "L'interprétation des rêves ou les aventures du Robot Bleu" by Elohim Sanchez and "Blind Date" by David Wesch being chosen as the grand prize winners. We had an extraordinary turn out from Vancouver Film School students in the past, so we hope to see other schools take up the challenge and show us their talent too!
Our third contest is accepting entries from March 24 to April 27, 2009. (You can check out the contest page here - http://www.superu.ca/contests/view/49). I'd like to reach out to you and your readers and encourage them to check out the contest and enter their best animated shorts. The winner of our current contest will take home $2500 and be featured on TAC.tv! Stop motion, 3D, claymation, flash or flip book - all forms of animation are accepted.
If readers are unable to enter the current contest due to time constraints, encourage them to plan something to enter in a future contest.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don't hesitate to get it touch. If you are not the correct contact for this type of inquiry, would you be able to put me in touch with the appropriate person?
Thanks for your time and support!
