SONY PICTURES TELEVISION AND RELATIVITY REAL ENTER PACT TO DISTRIBUTE PROGRAMMING IN INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

CULVER CITY, CA (March 27, 2009) - Sony Pictures Television (SPT) and RelativityREAL, LLC have entered an international distribution deal for entertainment programming produced by Relativity. The deal, where both companies will co-distribute content outside the United States, was announced by Steve Mosko, president, SPT and Tom Forman, CEO, RelativityREAL.
 
"RelativityREAL has approximately 20 series and pilots in various stages of development at broadcast and cable networks," said Forman. "As we foray into the international distribution business, we're thrilled to have a great partner in Sony Pictures Television.  They have the depth and experience to help ensure those projects reach audiences around the world."

RelativityReal expects a significant amount of product to be available within the coming year. Past credits for RelativityREAL principals and partners include: "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" for ABC "Kid Nation" for CBS "Armed & Famous" for CBS "9/11" for CBS "Here Come The Newlyweds" for ABC "High School Musical: Get in the Picture" for ABC "Tuesday Night Book Club" for CBS "Tourgasm: The Dane Cook Project" for HBO and "Family Business" for Showtime.
RelativityREAL, LLC is a joint venture of Relativity Media, LLC and award-winning television producer Tom Forman ("Extreme Makeover: Home Edition"). The company produces unscripted and scripted content for broadcast television, cable, and the internet. CEO Forman has won three Primetime Emmy Awards, as well as an Edward R. Murrow and Peabody Award.
