Lilly and Walt on their honeymoon at Mount Rainier. "After we had dinner, Walt used to drive around to catch the cartoons at the theaters," said Lilly. "He knew what time they were going on, and he would drive to each theater and leave me in the car while he watched the cartoons. He studied them all – Felix the Cat, Out of the Inkwell – and tried to learn from them."
