WB Puts Junge in Charge of Online Games

Jeff Junge has been promoted to the newly created position of senior VP of online games and digital games platforms for Warner Bros. Digital Distribution and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

Junge will be responsible for growing the digital games business for the studio. He previously was senior VP of business management for Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group and oversaw the studio’s acquisition of online games studio Turbine Inc.

Beyond games, Junge will work to expand and leverage Turbine’s robust digital publishing and community platforms across all of the Studio’s home entertainment businesses.

Junge joined Warner Bros. in 2000, working as VP of corporate business development and strategy for WB Entertainment before moving to the home entertainment division.
