Richard Hollander has decided to leave his post at Pixar and return to Rhythm & Hues, where he will be a senior visual effect supervisor for its effects and animation projects, reports Variety.
Hollander left Rhythm & Hues four years ago for Pixar, where he produced the Oscar- and Annie-nominated short film Presto.
He will report to Lee Berger, president of the film division at the facility on the west side of Los Angeles. Holland held the position of president of the film division when he left the company.
Hollander’s vfx credits include several installments in the Star Trek series, Titanic, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and X2.
