Target Entertainment has appointed Lindsay Pearl as its new Director of Licensing and Children’s Acquisitions. She joins Target in June and will be representing the company at Licensing Expo in Las Vegas.

Pearl will be responsible for acquiring new kids content while also heading up Target’s licensing & merchandising division, which includes the management of the prestigious Sony Playstation portfolio. Pearl will also be tasked with devising 360 degree rights exploitation strategies to drive the company’s brands across all platforms and media.

Pearl comes to Target after stints at Hasbro as director of international acquisitions and licensing, at Cartoon Network as manager for Central Eastern Europe, Turkey and at Hit Ent. as director of business development.
