Jonathan Davis to Oversee Animation at Fox

Jonathan Davis is the new exec VP of comedy development and animation at 20th Century Fox. Davis, who previously managed comedy development, will now oversee animation as well. Jennifer Howell, senior VP of animation, will now report to Davis, who reports to Fox chairs Dana Walden and Gary Newman.

“Jonnie is a tremendously skilled executive, and we wanted to utilize his talents to enhance our animation efforts in addition to our comedy development,” said Walden and Newman.

Davis has been with Fox since 2008 and his development credits include Modern Family and New Girl.
