Playhut Builds Fun Around Kid Favs

Toymaker Playhut Inc., which recently got into the anime TV game with the establishment of Playhut Ent., is heading to New York’s Toy Fair with a new concept in children’s play structure that will incorporate such franchises as Disney Princesses, Pooh, Dora the Explorer, Power Rangers, Spider-Man, Care Bears and Sesame Street’s Elmo.

Collect ‘N Connect, Playhut’s newest line of portable play structures, will feature 18 different play structures which can stand alone or can be combined with other Collect ‘N Connect products to create sport structures, ball zones, vehicles and houses.

The line will be available in major retailer stores beginning spring of 2004. Playhut is currently developing concepts on a limited basis for a variety of character licenses.
