Fox Kids Europe Licensing Division Becomes JCP

Fox Kids Europe N.V. today announced that its pan-European consumer products division will change its name from Active Licensing Europe to JCP (Jetix Consumer Products International). The name change follows the launch of the new Fox Kids action programming block, Jetix, and is part of an initiative to establish the Jetix brand across the Fox Kids businesses.

JCP will officially launch at the New York Licensing Show (June 8-10), where the company will be showcasing top properties such as PUCCA, Totally Spies, Martin Mystery and Flea-bag & Friends.

The new name will extend to all FKE local consumer product offices across Europe, which include Active Licensing Germany, Fox Kids Consumer Products Benelux, Fox Kids Consumer Products Spain, Active Licensing France, Active Licensing UK, Ideal Licensing Italy and Active Licensing Israel. In Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, JCP operates through localized third party agencies.

FKE recently announced the appointment of Ronnie Cook as Managing Director of JCP.
