Disney Recalls Toy Story Woody Dolls

March 20, 2003 by Ryan Ball divider image

Around 40,000 soft dolls modeled after the character Woody from the Toy Story films are being recalled due to buttons that may pose a choke hazard for young children. The voluntary recall involves toys sold at Walt Disney resorts in Florida from January 2000 through January 2003.

While no injuries have been reported, there has been one case where a child has removed a button, according to a release issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
