Chorion to Represent Little Prince Licensing

Producer-distributor Chorion has been appointing licensing representative for The Little Prince property in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The deal was made with the estate of Antoine de Saint-Exupery, who wrote the popular children’s book. First published in New York in 1943, The Little Prince has been in print ever since, selling 20 million English-language copies and 136 million total copies around the world.

Chorion will represent the property in all licensing, merchandising and promotions and is looking for partners at the upcoming Brand Licensing Europe show later this month.

The property was the basis for the anime series The Adventures of the Little Prince, made in the 1970s by the Knack animation studio. A dubbed version aired in the United States in the early 1980s.
