Aniboom and Marvel have chosen five finalists in the companies’ motion comics contest, a competition for which more than 10 hours of original motion comics material was submitted in a six-week period.
The finalists hail from all over the nation and the world, and each will receive $2,000 to expand their entries into a full-length story. The finalists will compete for a grand prize of $10,000 and opportunity to have their work seen on Marvel’s digital network.
The Finalists are Justin Acree, for Nova: All For One, Mike Peraza for Nova Mojo, Pryce Duncalf for All For One, John Griffith for The Stronger, and community choice finalist Eric Hunn for The Worst Part About Getting Your Memories Back.
The finalists’ entries are available on Aniboom’s YouTube Channel starting Oct. 26. Winners will be announced Nov. 16 after one week of viewing and voting on Aniboom.com.
