Spanish production, distribution and licensing house BRB Internacional is launching an international version of their multiplatform online channel BRBPlay.com with a triple offer of their top family entertainment properties. Through the online portal, users get instant access to BRB shows, games & activities and (coming soon) a webstore packed with licensed merch. The site will be offered in both English and Spanish and is being presented today at the International Digital Content Forum taking place in Madrid.
BRBPlay.com’s multiplatform strategy allows users to access the studio’s family content via computer, Internet TV, mobile devices and tablets. Nearly 2,000 half-hour episodes of hit titles like David the Gnome, D’Atacan and the Three Muskehounds, Around the World with Willy Fog, Teo, Iron Kid and Bernard are available, as well as a variety of constantly updated games and kids’ activities—and soon, apps for iPhone and iPad. The forthcoming store will be social network-ready, allowing fans to purchase, share and keep track of their favorite BRB character items.
